SUNY Center for Professional Development programs are designed in collaboration with the faculty and staff communities of practice they serve. During this session, you will hear about how this process works to customize programs specifically for SUNY, leverages internal SUNY expertise, and identifies competency based approaches to professional development. We will use two our most recent Certificate Programs as examples: the Online Concierge Certificate and the Equity and Inclusion in Teaching and Learning Certificate programs. Those interested in these programs as well as those interested in developing new programs are welcome!
