Description

Students have reported more dissatisfaction with synchronous online delivery over face-to-face or asynchronous delivery. This can often be attributed with the content expert not being aware of successful practices in presentations or the online medium. Several tips from the performing arts, working in broadcasting and video production, and cognitive psychology can help improve a presenter’s effectiveness that is often not made apparent to most teachers in other areas. This session will offer tips to help improve your presence when online in a synchronous session and how to increase engagement when presenting a session.
