Description

Teaching to the brain's strengths is easier once you understand how the human brain acquires, retains, and retrieves information. This session is a primer on the fundamentals of the neuroscience of learning. Participants will learn the basics of how the human brain changes as we develop and as we learn new skills and concepts. A follow-up session on Friday, 8/13 at 10 am will describe teaching techniques that leverage the neuroscience of learning.
