This presentation will include an overview of the developed structure of how FLCC utilizes an early alert system and focuses outreach efforts to support students.

This work includes collaboration between faculty members, professional advisors and student support services.

This presentation will breakdown how the methods were established including forming relationships, creating buy-in and implementing an outreach, tracking and advising plan in a sustainable way.

Mehegan and Sarah will include how they utilized early alert system, Starfish, along with other resources to conduct tailored outreach, advising and support to different cohorts of students and track such efforts. They will discuss how the plan was rolled out through the academic year and how different college personnel collaborated in the execution of this work to create a holistic experience for the students and is done so with accessible evaluation in mind.
