The SUNY Center for Professional Development would like to invite you to register for on-demand access to Crucial Learning’s Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue course. Payment Policy
Payment is required in advance of accessing the on-demand course. The access link to the course will be sent out to the email that you registered with after payment is received within 24 business hours. Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit cards, CDP General Points (Member Campuses Only), CPD Technical Points (Member Campuses Only), and Journal Transfers (State Operated Campuses Only). Purchase Orders/Checks (campus or personal) will not be accepted for this on-demand course access. If circumstances prevent you from making payment in advance, or you have any questions regarding this payment policy, please contact Nancy Motondo at nancy.motondo@suny.edu.

If you choose to pay for this event with your campus's CPD General or Technical Points, you are verifying with your consent below that you have spoken to your campus CPD Campus contact before completing registration. They have agreed to allow you to use points to pay for your registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be accepted before access to the course has been sent to the participant. If the participant accesses the on-demand course through Crucial Learning's course portal, cancellation or refund will not be possible.
