Accessibility Stars is a program of topic-focused learning modules grouped together in clusters that employees can choose from based on their individual work goals. Three mandatory modules are followed by the employee’s choice of specific modules related to the digital content they create, or the tools they use. Successful completion of a cluster results in a Star Badge presented to the employee. Participants may complete as many clusters as they wish.
Participants will learn about the creation of this innovative program, see how learners engage via online modules and/or face-to-face workshops, and brainstorm ways to model a similar program on their campus.
