Present Using Onair

Oral Presentations:

For the ‘oral presentations’ please be prepared to show your slides by “screen share” which will allow for maximal flexibility to show slides, speak over those slides, show a video clip (with audio), etc.  When deciding how much information and how many slides to include, please be mindful that on the day of the event the student will be allowed 25 minutes to present, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

Please watch How to Present using OnAir This will orient you on how to present in the virtual environment we are using called OnAir.

Poster Presentations:

Please prepare a single-page poster/slide that is saved in PDF format. Be certain that the title, author(s), institutional affiliation(s) and acknowledgements are all included, and that all text and image(s) are clear and readable. When deciding how much information to include, please be mindful that on the day of the event the poster sessions will be scheduled so that attendees may visit multiple posters. Thus, the presenter(s) should be able to speak at multiple levels of detail, depending on their visitors’ interests.

Please watch Explainer Video for Poster Presenters This will orient you on how to present in the virtual environment we are using called OnAir.
