Goals: (1) Advance understanding of DEI in the workplace; (2) Define the state of DEI in business, how it is evolving, and where it needs to improve (3) Define expectations currently taking place in the marketplace with examples, and (4) role for business schools working with corporate partners and industry to address opportunities to advance DEI in the workplace.

Features speakers from the corporate community addressing challenges and successes of DEI initiatives. A business student panel will address the DEI culture that students expect from prospective employer.
