Learn about how to quickly communicate with students, spark engaging group discussions, lead compelling class meetings, and other tips and tricks to enhance the learning flow.

Microsoft’s Employee Experience platform (Microsoft Viva) combines the power of technology with the passion of people in order to drive a next generation working environment. Viva has four modules: Topics for Knowledge Management, Learning: for a professional (and personal) learning development platform, Connections to breakdown silos, facilitate cross-organizational collaboration, share best practices, and drive a stronger sense of community, and Insights that speaks to personal and organizational methods to reduce stress, improve work practices, and increase wellness for a healthy working environment. In combination, these four modules help: Empower Workers, Facilitate Collaboration, Mitigate Turnover, and Enable a Digital Workplace.

Education Insights provides real-time analytics of participant progress and activity within a class team. With easily digestible visualizations, school communities can proactively and easily track student experiences. Educators are presented with meaningful, reliable data to make informed decisions regarding their learning communities. Guided by this data, educators have the information they need to ensure students' emotional, social, and academic needs are being met.
