Viva has four modules: Topics for Knowledge Management, Learning: for a professional (and personal) learning development platform, Connections to breakdown silos, facilitate cross-organizational collaboration, share best practices, and drive a stronger sense of community, and Insights that speaks to personal and organizational methods to reduce stress, improve work practices, and increase wellness for a healthy working environment. In combination, these four modules help: Empower Workers, Facilitate Collaboration, Mitigate Turnover, and Enable a Digital Workplace.

With easily digestible visualizations, school communities can proactively and easily track student experiences. Educators are presented with meaningful, reliable data to make informed decisions regarding their learning communities. Guided by this data, educators have the information they need to ensure students' emotional, social, and academic needs are being met.
