When will I receive my link to the OnAir Portal?
About two weeks before your conference/event begins, you will receive information on how to log into the OnAir portal.
If you believe you are missing your link, be sure to reach out to the event coordinator listed within the communications of your event.
My audio, and/or video is not functioning properly, what should I do?
It is always recommended to use Google Chrome as the browser when utilizing OnAir. Browsers such as: Safari, FireFox, Bing, etc. Are not supported by OnAir, and can cause technical errors.
*Please Note: OnAir functionality is dependent on the use of Web Cam. If you do not have a web camera, you will be unable to join the OnAir portal.
My Share Screen functionality is not working, what should I do?
For Mac Users, please see the Resources section of this website. There you will find step by step instructions on how to enable share screen permissions for OnAir
If you are not on a Mac, and are having issues sharing screen, ensure that within your browser (Google Chrome preferred), your cookies and cache are cleared, as well as your privacy settings within the browser allow sites such as OnAir to have access
