The Timeline

The program timeline is on the left side and this makes up the largest part of the screen. The program timeline is designed as a timeline with the first activities at the top and the last activities at the bottom. A red line marks the time you are at and it will move down in the program as time goes on. The elements of the program have three interactive features. You can click on the “Join” buttons to attend the session or “Visit” to visit exhibitors, You can click on the item itself to get more information about the session, or you can click on the star to add it as favorite.

Inside the Session 

In the session you will find the video stream on the left and on the right you will find other tools. 

You have a clock that shows the remaining time of the session. under session information is the session description. In some sessions there may be “Live poll” (simple surveys aimed at the participants in the session.) In “Live Q&A” you can ask questions to the speaker. At the bottom of the right column you have options to take your own notes. Remember to save them. You can download all your notes by clicking on the share icon at the top right.

The Exhibition

On the right side of the screen there is an item called "Visit the exhibitors". Click on "Visit" in this item to go to the exhibition. Then you will see all the exhibitors. Click on the "Visit" button to go to the relevant exhibitor's page. During the periods "Visit the exhibitors" is set up in the program, you can meet the exhibitor in a video conference. Throughout the conference, you will be able to download brochures and read other information the exhibitor has posted on his virtual stand. To return to the conference program, click "return to timeline" at the top left of the screen. 

Meeting Place and Networking

In the "Meeting place" you can make contacts with other participants, chat and have one-on-one meetings. 

If virtual mingling or networking is set up in the program, you can participate in video rooms with up to four random participants. After a few minutes, the groups are reassembled. 

You can download the contacts you link in the "Meeting place" by clicking on the share icon at the top right of the screen. 

To return to the conference program, click "return to timeline" at the top left of the screen. 

Filter your Favorites 

You can star your favorites (sessions and exhibitors). Look for the star icon in each session and at each exhibitor. In the right column you will also find a star. If you click on it, you will filter the program or exhibitors, respectively, depending on whether you are on the main page of the program or on the exhibitor page.

My Notes

You can take notes inside the portal throughout the conference. In the right column (when you are in a session or visiting an exhibitor) you will find "My notes". Save your notes for each session and download them at the end of the day/conference. 

To download them, click the share icon at the top of the screen.
